Traditional mindfulness techniques to support living a life of health, happiness and connectivity. By establishing and cultivating a deeper calm though the portal of the physical body insights arise promoting a less reactive more responsive and harmonious approach to life.

**************************************** Your Facilitator ***************************************** Melinda Tupling has practiced Mindfulness for many years, she has taught in schools and most recently where she lived and volunteered for nearly two years whilst managing/ caretaking at Origins centre.

At the centre Melinda worked closely with her teacher, Chime Shore, supporting the transmission of the wisdom teachings and Mindfulness through online and in person retreats and workshops.
