About the event

**************************************** What are Women's Circles? ****************************************

Circle is a powerful, sacred and meaningful ritual that provides a therapeutic space for women to connect, heal, reclaim their innate essence, their purpose and enhance their lives. It is essentially a gathering of women in support of one another.

Women have been gathering in circle since time immemorial. Circle is one of the oldest forms of social interaction where both men and women gathered around the fire to cook and eat, tell stories and share wisdom, which kept them alive and connected with a sense of belonging. The purpose of circle is to hold a space where every woman can receive support and empowerment to live her life to the fullest, to collaborate with others and share the many and varied experiences of life.

************************************** Safe & Sacred Space ************************************** During these times many suffer from depression, loneliness and anxiety, it is well supported that strong social connections have powerful and therapeutic healing effects. When women gather together in circle they create a sacred space with their intention. These spaces provide a threshold to step into something new and put feminine magic into motion. If this sounds like soul medicine to you, we look forward to you joining this safe and sacred space to sit in circle together.

***************************************** Your Facilitator ***************************************** Melinda Tupling has passion for supporting health and wellbeing, people and planet through holistic practices, she has always had a deep love for nature and been drawn to the deeper mysteries of life.

With many years of exploring and having an interest in ancient wisdom teachings and practices such as Buddhism, Shamanism and Reiki in 2016 Melinda launched into a full-time 3-year intensive study completing her diploma of kinesiology.

Immediately after this intensive training she devoted two years of her life to living and volunteering at a Dharma centre in the remote south-west developing her own practice whilst also becoming a more experienced mindfulness teacher in service to her own teacher and the wisdom teachings.

It is here she supported a vibrant community whilst in the role as manager of the centre, teaching mindfulness and co-hosting nourishing women's retreats.

"I have just experienced a women's circle with Melinda. Incredible experience. I’ve been wanting to ground myself and do some inner work and when I saw this advertised it looked just right for me. She has excellent people skills and a warm heart which guided and nurtured us. It was a non-judgemental space and with the kindness I felt helped me be raw, authentic and myself which aided in the inner work and healing. Can’t wait for the next! Thank you!!!" ~ Imogen Inglis
